#YOGA

I believe everyone has the power to heal themselves. We all have that deeper inner knowing of what is good for us, that peaceful inner place often crowded by limiting beliefs or external factors. As a yoga teacher, my role is to gently guide people into discovering this place for themselves.

 

I have been practicing yoga since the beginning of 2019, both on my own and in group classes all over the world (France, USA, Mexico, Guatemala, Morocco). The Vinyasa sequencing is what I come back to the most, and that’s why I embarked on a training in Bali and successfully passed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification in March 2023.

 

The way I teach yoga is not just asanas. Yoga is a way of interacting with the world with more compassion, with others with more care, and with yourself with more love.

Vinyasa Yoga Teacher 200hr

Certified by Yoga Alliance RYT 200

 

• Vinyasa yoga: sequencing synchronizing breathing and movement, slowly building up the intensity before cooling down. Can be adapted for beginners or power yogis.

• Pranayama : conscious breathwork techniques

• Introduction to Yin yoga and Nidra Yoga 

• Introduction to meditation

• Study of yoga's philosophy (8 limbs)

• Study of the anatomy relative to yoga practice

• MBSR 8 weeks course: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, February 2021

Passionate about surfing: I can create Vinyasa flows for surfers, both before and after the sessions!
